The 2024 Diversity Visa Lottery opens on October 5, 2022!
This allows applicants to apply for a green card WITHOUT being sponsored by a family member or employer.
The Diversity Visa Lottery was created to increase the diversity of countries and cultures in the United States. Selection in the lottery can lead to permanent residence and even eventual citizenship.
The lottery is limited to countries that have sent less than 50,000 immigrants to the U.S. in the last five years.

Cambodia
Cameroon
Australia
South Africa
Syria
Guyana
Turkey
Panama
Kosovo
Ukraine
Sweden
This is not a complete list of the eligible countries. There are over 50 eligible countries on the list. Contact the Holland Law Firm, PLLC to see if you are a citizen or native of Diversity Visa eligible countries.
Applicants can apply from INSIDE or OUTSIDE the U.S. Visa overstays are eligible too!
The qualifications are relatively simple!
Did you graduate from high school or a U. S. equivalent?
OR
Do you have 2 years of qualifying work experience?
AND
Do you have a valid passport?
The Diversity Visa Lottery is only open until November 8, 2022! The program allows only ONE applicant per lottery period. Do NOT wait until the last week to apply for YOUR diversity visa.
